On April 1st 2021 Komatsu Indonesia held the 2021 Fiscal Year Ceremony located at Komatsu Indonesia Assembly Plant. The ceremony was attended by 100 employees from all plants and the Board of Directors of Komatsu Indonesia, other employees also participated in this ceremony around the plants regarding the crowd ban due to COVID-19. The number of participants in this ceremony has a meaning related to the 100 Years Komatsu which will be celebrated this year.

After the ceremony that was held in the Komatsu Indonesia Assembly Plant, Mr. Pratjojo Dewo and the Board of Directors continued their trip to KBN Plant and Cibitung Plant to conduct the ceremony as well. The ceremony lasted for 30 minutes per plant and the series of ceremonies was done after noon.

In his speech, Mr. Pratjojo Dewo reminded us about what happened in 2020 and explained our strategy for 2021. Mr. Dewo also emphasized for all employees to always create and innovate in accordance with this year's theme, namely creating value together.
