KI had been conducted ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 surveillances at Cakung Cilincing, Cibitung and KBN Plants on July 20-22, 2020. There were 2 days for ISO 9001 & 14001 and 3 days for ISO 45001. These audits were needed to ensure the implementation of quality, safety and environmental management systems whether they’re still running well or not, and the continuous eligibility of ISO certificates. During the surveillances,auditors were not only checking the documentation but also conducting field visits.

               In the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, audits were carried out by following health protocols, including limiting the number of people who participated in the audit, not having physical contact with auditors, and some parts of the audit were carried out online.Otherwise, the results of surveillances showed that ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 were carried out well and there were no potential major findings.
