PT KOMATSU UNDERCARRIAGE INDONESIA (KUI)

KUI, established in November 9th 2000, is the first component plant that Komatsu established outside Japan. As a result of merger with Komatsu Forging Indonesia (KOFI) effective as of January 1, 2012.  Current shareholders are consist of Hokuriku Kogyo Co. Ltd, Neturen Co. Ltd, Nagatsu Industries Ltd, Komatsu Indonesia and Yayasan Komatsu Indonesia Peduli. The aim is to build the foundation for Komatsu genuine undercarriage parts supply structure in markets worldwide where Komatsu equipment are in operation. 
The product lines include Link, Roller, Idler and related undercarriage components. Located in Cikarang, West Java, KUI began commercial production by catching up customers’ demand.

PT KOMATSU REMANUFACTURING ASIA (KRA)

Location: Jl. Pulau Balang RT. 36 No.99 Karang Joang, Balikpapan 76127- Kalimantan Timur

Established in May 27th 1997, KRA produces and sells certified remanufactured products of Komatsu Heavy Equipments major components to support its base of mining company customers in the domestic market. Current shareholders are Komatsu Indonesia and PT United Tractors Tbk. Currently, KRA products include complete engines, transmissions, power modules, final drives, rear axles, main pumps, travel motors, and swing machineries. To strengthen & support production, operation of KRA is equipped with machining facilities including a crankshaft grinding machine, metal spray, line boring machine, and crack detector.

 

PT KOMATSU MARKETING AND SUPPORT INDONESIA (KMSI)

Location: Industrial Development Center of PT United Tractors Tbk, Jl. Raya Bekasi km. 22, Jakarta 13910 

KMSI, established in July 1st, 2005 when the Jakarta Branch was spun off from Komatsu Asia & Pacific Pte Ltd, started handling spare parts the following year in 2006. Although its main business is selling these parts and product support services, KMSI performs a range of activities that include marketing new equipment and promoting programs such as the BDF (Bio Diesel Fuel) Project. 
KMSI plays a part in maintaining a competitive presence in the Indonesian market, said to be the most important in Asia, through teamwork with United Tractors, a distributor with a long history and strong capabilities, and KI, a locally incorporated production

PT KOMATSU ASTRA FINANCE (KAF)

Location: United Tractors Head Office Wing Area 6th Floor, Jalan Raya Bekasi KM 22 Jakarta 13910

Established in May 19th, 2005, PT Komatsu Astra Finance (KAF) is a Joint Venture company between Astra and Komatsu (50:50). KAF aim to support sales of Komatsu and its related products which marketed by PT United Tractors Tbk. (UT), by providing financing solution.

KAF accommodate Komatsu heavy equipment financing especially by provide investment facility and continuously collaborate with UT to design and offer financing solutions to fulfill the various needs of customer, such as trade-in program and spare part financing.

Majority customer supported by KAF comes from Coal Mining sector, but coincide with customer demand in Agro-Forestry and Construction sector to UT, KAF has committed to serve customer better with expanding its business network by opening Representative Office located in Pekanbaru, Surabaya, and other strategic cities in Indonesia.
