In response to fulfilling the customers' needs for remanufacturing machines, we expanded our Assembly Plant area with the KCMR building.

In the year 2023, Komatsu Indonesia had its first ground breaking ceremony of Komatsu Certified Machinery Rebuild (KCMR) building project. The building was built in an attempt to meet the customers' demands for remanufacturing machines.

The practice of remanufacturing machines is in line with sustainability as it works by transforming used products into a usable state minimizing waste generation, both in material and energy. Remanufacturing is also crucial in the circular economy, as we extend the life cycle of end-of-use machines.
