President Director
Jamalludin was appointed as the President Director of Komatsu Indonesia on April 2023 based on the recent Annual General Meeting Shareholder resolution on June 23rd, 2023. He holds the position of President Director at Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia simultaneously. He previously served as the Vice President of Komatsu Indonesia.
Jamalludin attained his bachelor's degree from the Indonesia Institute of Technology, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He finished his master's study at the University of Indonesia, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
Chairman
Pratjojo Dewo has been serving as Komatsu Indonesia's Chairman since April 2023. He was appointed based on the Annual General Meeting Shareholder (AGMS) resolution dated June 23rd, 2023. He concurrently serves as a commissioner at Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia and Komatsu Marketing and Support Indonesia.
He gained his bachelor's degree from Bandung Institute of Technology, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He then pursued his master's degree from the University of Florida.
Vice President
Mitsumasa Nakagawa, a Japanese-born and raised, has been running for the Vice President since April 2023. Nakagawa was appointed based on the Annual General Meeting Shareholder (AGMS) resolution dated June 23rd, 2023.
Nakagawa graduated from Osaka University, majoring in Materials Engineering.
Director
Rudi Kurnianto has been leading the Administration Department since July 2023. He was appointed based on the Annual General Meeting Shareholder (AGMS) resolution dated June 23rd, 2023. He also serves as the Director of Administration at Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia.
He first graduated from the Surabaya Institute of Technology, majoring in Naval Engineering, then continued his studies at the Indonesia Institute of Technology, majoring in Machine Engineering.
Takayuki Ando, a Japanese-born and raised, was appointed Director of Marketing of Komatsu Indonesia based on Extraordinary General Meeting Shareholders in March 2024 and has been running since.
