President Director
Mr. Jamalludin was appointed as President Director of Komatsu Indonesia in April 2023, based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on June 23, 2023. Mr. Jamalludin also serves as President Director of Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia. Previously, he held the position of Vice President Director at Komatsu Indonesia.
Mr. Jamalludin completed his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Indonesia.
Vice President
Born and raised in Japan, Mitsumasa Nakagawa was appointed Vice President Director of Komatsu Indonesia in April 2025, following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 18th, 2025. He holds a degree in Materials Engineering from Osaka University.
Director
Rudi Kurnianto has led the Administration Department since July 2023. He was appointed based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on June 23, 2023. He also serves as Director of Administration at Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia.
He graduated his study at the Indonesian Institute of Technology, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
Koji Yanagi, who was born and raised in Japan, has led Komatsu Marketing Support Indonesia since April 1, 2022. He was appointed as a Director in April 2025, following a resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).
Yanagi is a graduate of Waseda University, majoring in Business Administration.
Widayat Raharjo has led the Construction & Hydraulic Manufacturing Department since April 2024. He was appointed as a Director based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 18, 2025 (EGMS).
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Diponegoro University.
