President Director
Mr. Jamalludin has served as President Director of PT Komatsu Indonesia since April 2023, following his appointment at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on March 13, 2023.
He also serves as President Director of PT Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia (since August 1, 2025) and as a Director of Komatsu Marketing and Support Indonesia (since April 2025).
He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
Vice President
Born and raised in Japan, Toshihiko Ootani was appointed Vice President Director of Komatsu Indonesia in April 2026, following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 31, 2025. He holds a degree in Applied Chemistry and Molecular Science from Iwate University.
Director
Yuki Murayama, who was born and raised in Japan, has led Komatsu Marketing and Support Indonesia since April 1, 2026. He was appointed as a Director in April 2026, following a resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).
Murayama graduated from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
Widayat Raharjo has led the Construction & Hydraulic Manufacturing Department since April 2024. He was appointed as a Director based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 18, 2025 (EGMS).
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Diponegoro University.
Rofiur Rutab has led the Administration Department since July 2025. He was appointed as Director based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on June 30, 2025.
He completed his master’s degree in management from PPM School of Management.
