Established on May 19th, 2005, Komatsu Astra Finance (KAF) provides financing for Komatsu products in the form of financial leasing to mining companies and contractors that need heavy, super-size equipment for their operations. Now, the shareholders consist of PT Sedaya Multi Investama, a member of the Astra Group, and PT Komatsu Indonesia.
