Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia (KUI) was established in the year 2000. On January 1st, 2012, KUI merged with PT Komatsu Forging Indonesia (KOFI) which was established in 1982. Current shareholders consist of Hokuriku Kogyo Co. Ltd, Neturen Co. Ltd, Nagatsu Industries Ltd, PT Komatsu Indonesia, and Yayasan Komatsu Indonesia Peduli. The aim is to build the foundation for Komatsu's genuine undercarriage parts supply structure in markets worldwide where Komatsu equipment is in operation. The product lines include Link, Roller, Idler, and related undercarriage components.
